Refunds & Withdrawal (Refund Policy)

1. Applicable policies

Purchases are subject to the statutory withdrawal rules and the terms identified in the checkout for the relevant transaction. For purchases processed through Creem, the current Creem Buyer Terms apply. In addition, the product-specific LPS Purchase & Licence Terms apply to the use and licensing of the software. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where digital content is supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the withdrawal period where the applicable legal requirements are met. For purchases subject to German law, this includes your express consent that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, your confirmation that you are aware of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, provision of the contract confirmation required by § 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB), and commencement of performance. You give the required express consent and acknowledgement in the checkout by actively selecting the corresponding checkbox. Performance begins when the purchased licence is provided and use of the full version is thereby enabled. The information relevant to the right of withdrawal for the purchase is displayed in the checkout before the order is completed. Mandatory statutory rights relating to defects and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Requesting a refund

Refund or withdrawal requests may be submitted using the routes provided in the Creem purchase confirmation or order area, or through LPS support. Transaction-related handling of a payment processed through Creem is carried out by Creem.

3. Technical problems

For technical or product-related issues, you may first contact support@leadershipperformancesystems.com. We can assist with installation, licensing and reproducible product issues. This does not prevent you from contacting Creem directly or exercising statutory rights.

4. 14-day trial

The 14-day local trial shown on the product pages is a free product-evaluation period and is separate from any statutory or contractual refund or withdrawal rights.

5. Licence term and no automatic renewal

LPS software licences offered on this website are sold as one-off purchases. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, a 1-year licence and a 2-year licence are available. The licence term begins when the licence is provided following a successful purchase and ends after the selected term. The selected licence type and licence term are displayed on the product page and before the order is completed in checkout. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring or automatic charge.
